Overpriced service with unecessary fees padding bill. The rep told me that even though my window was ripped out i was charged a seperate fee for waste disposal because they had to vacuum bits of glass. On top of that i had it to bring back the car to have my door panel fixed, because it was not properly secured and was squeaky Turns out my dealership is usually much less expensive and reliable.

Don't use Safelite AutoGlass, especially their location on Yellow Brick Rd in Rosedale, Maryland. I needed my windshield replaced and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, they had ordered the wrong windshield. They said it would take a few weeks but they would get the right one in and ordered it. A few weeks went by and I checked in to see when it would be in. They first told me that they had already completed my repair and nothing was on order. When I pressed, they told me that they didn't service my type of car. When I pushed back, they told me that the order was cancelled by me. So weeks later, I'm still without a windshield. ***Follow-up note: Note that there follow up comment is to go on their website and chat with someone. Its been over a week since I did just that and still no follow up from management. Customer service is a joke.

The staff at this location are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service skills. Theresa (the office assistant) could not explain to me how they messed up the order for my windshield. I requested a manager call back (because he is in a meeting and She would not allow me to hold for him). THEN I got an email they rescheduled my appointment without notifying me or gaining my approval. I have called corporate and escalated my complaint so hopefully someone who has a clue will call me back and correct the issue.
