The automated system does not work Anyone who’s ever tried to call and or use their automated system knows that it does not work and it’s really sad to know that it’s been this way for years I have a rental car swap my tags I’ve been calling for days and now I’m starting to get violations isn’t that funny and I do not have an account I was one of the first people to have easy pass and I’m an old person and it’s not fair easy pass give me a call but I doubt you will go Murphy go Murphy go Murphy

This business is a mess. Charged me a $25 admin fee twice to cross the Commodore Barry. When I called to inquire they told me it was in error and they will resolve it. Then I kept getting more payment notices. I called them 3-4 times. Each time they told me it was resolved and disregard any further notice. So I did then I received a credit collection notice 😳. I called AGAIN and threatened legal action. Also insisted on speaking with a manager. I think it’s resolved now but that’s about 5 hours of calls that shouldn’t have been necessary. This organization is a mess.

I am a PA E-Z Pass customer. These people can't process a dispute. I have submitted 3 disputes, emailed them at least 4 times, and submitted dozens of requests through their website. No response. They are completely incompetent.

Wait for the violation to come in the mail bad use your account too attached to the violation and then from there it should be all cleared up
I think you just have to let them know that you switch cars and they will add that on to your account show the e-zpasses match in the car
I always have gotten better and faster results at the office , I got my senior pass at the office the same day
Find Customer service center. I did at Camden, I went in, gave mine to the person at the counter. She scanned it, and gave me a receipt. Easy peezy!

I work in the Camden office we are open Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day but I'm praying they let go early today lol
