I graduated April of 2001. Now October 2021 I'll be going back for a refresher course. Looking forward to getting back in a truck to develop my training program for students out of school!

They dont even like to answer questions over the phone had me fill out the application just to tell me ill have to drive there just for them to answer questions about cost and housing and they are rude and unorganized won't be attending

Upset Customer

This review is for their recruiter. He refused to answer basic questions about what was included in their price for the school. He claims we have to come in to get information. I explained my wife and I would both have to take off of work and drive 2 hours roundtrip. He then tells us lots of people drive further than that. So if we're serious, we need to come in. Then I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hangs up on me. All this after I waited 7 hours for a call back. I spoke with 6 other truck driving schools and all the other schools were super friendly and helpful. Needless to say the recruiter (who is supposedly the person to explain everything and sell you on the benefits of their school) couldn't even give me a straight answer on why we should choose their school. This entire experience screams they only want to pressure you and get your money and they do not care about your experience and making sure you're getting what you need.
