I don't know for sure but I've never seen mountain bikes on the trail so I would assume no. I've seen lots of road bikes on Beaver Dam road though.

The fireworks are up on a field just below the ridge itself. It is surrounded by woods. I've been there. Great place to watch the fireworks. Though, I don't know if the line of sight from the Marriott is good. Perhaps call the hotel front desk and inquire.
Do you have walking trails that are easy to do? I need to get back into walking slow and easy.

The trails here are moderate at best, but there are quite a few hills that might make it a bit more challenging for starting back up. If you're looking for a nice spot to start walking look into Mariner Point Park in Joppa, MD. The park is paved and the paths run along the water. Nice views, plenty of parking.
How long is the wheelchair accessible path? Are there other paved trails?

The only paved path is about 1/4 mile loops around the children's playground.
