Dr. Hirsch treats every case as it presents in the individual animal. He does so each time I've seen him for one of my pets over the years. Dr. Hirsch welcomes and incorporates details provided by pet owners -which as many know are often dismissed by some veterinarians. He has extensive experience and enjoys keeping abreast of the latest developments in all areas of veterinary care. He often helps in discussing breed or general canine traits that are relevant to my pets. Recently he offered the option of a new medical testing in diagnosing a persistent condition in one of my rescue dogs - it assisted in pinning down a successful plan for her.

I brought my two cats to this office for a yearly check up this past week. The staff was very nice and professional. Dr Hirsch is very knowledgeable and honest. He explained to me what I needed to know. I’ve been with this practice for the past 25 years with my other cats in the past. I’ve always been happy. Since the practice was sold to Dr Hirsch I’m very happy also. There’s just one little thing I would say could improve. Its the weight of the cats was not on the invoice like it used to be. It was on the rabies certificate but I like when it’s on the invoice also. It’s the only negative for me. I’m happy otherwise and my cats are also.

Absolutely amazing people. Called last minute late on a Saturday because my cat was having issues and they gave me an appointment within a hour. Super professional and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Dear Ms Klotz, We understand your concern and value the relationship and trust we have earned with our clients and patients alike. During these trying times, we are doing our part in minimizing and preventing the spread of COVID while providing the necessary care to our patients. Our reception will take a detailed history and/or list of your concerns, our technicians will meet you outside and bring in your loved one. I will personally perform a non invasive examination and call you after the examination to discuss any findings and our treatment recommendations. Nothing will done without your consent. I only look to earn your trust and treat your loved one with respect and compassion.
As of this time, we are only doing curbside visits. Only the pet comes into the building for exam, then the doctor will contact you with the findings.
That type of surgery is not performed there.
