Took the Strong by Zumba class and the Instructor, Kareemah was fantastic! She made the class fun and enjoyable even for those of us who had never taken the class before. Her instructions were on point and her personable attitide and personality is what really made me come back for a second class.

The teachers are patient, fun and experienced. The classes are such a mix of music and martial arts. I think this is the perfect environment for my daughter to develop more coordination. She is also building up her discipline.
