We have left reviews in the past for your catering, but you once again just totally exceeded our expectations! I can come in with a vague idea, and Greg comes up with a fabulous menu or theme for an event. Guests LOVE what you create - the food is fresh and so tasty. You are our "go-to"! I know when we put it in your hands, I don't have to give it a second thought - you're the BEST!

Very disappointed in the Snapper!! Cooked it according to directions and the texture was pasty with No flavor..A waste of 25.00!!!
