It was super crowded. Went to a birthday party on a Saturday and the numbers never seemed to go down. Not a lot of supervision from staff so definitely keep your eyes on your kids. I think a capacity limit would be helpful. The children were having so much fun, so I guess that's all that matters.

Very cute indoor play area. It’s actually one of the largest ones I’ve ever been to! There’s no shortage of things for kids of different ages to do. And their slide was awesome.

They do have a small portion of game play for smaller children in the very fron and the back of the facility. The bigger kids are not really allowed to be in the front area. My 4 year old runs around the whole facility it's safe through out the whole Scrammble.
Hi Mohammad, thanks for reaching out to us! We have a 2hr play reservation system in place to help accommodate as many families as we can and provide a safe environment for everyone. Scramble's indoor play space is well-designed with large seating areas; however, during our busy days we ask our guests to honor the 2hr reservation period. -Scramble Team
I have an 8yr old and she had a blast. I think a 10yr old probably would be fine but they'd need to be respectful of and watch out for the smaller kids.
At our Alexandria location it is 10. 12 at Falls Church. We don't usually apply height restrictions. The key thing, for all older children, is to have fun while respecting the play of others. In such circumstances we step in to stop boisterous play and will discuss behavior with supervising adults.

Also, weekday pricing is at a lower rate from weekend pricing, currently we are open from Friday-Monday. We hope to see your family at Scramble really soon :)

The hours listed on Google are always right. At present (Nov 2019) Sun & Mon = 9-6 Tue to Thu = 9-8 Fri & Sat = 9 - 9
No reservation needed (except probably a good idea for a party?). Leave your shoes in the cubbies by the door (have socks) and be ready for FUN! If going soon, look into the summer program opportunities.
Yes. There is a cafe with snacks, Pastries, sandwiches and pizza, bottles drinks, and cofee for the parents... thank God =]
Our prices are fair: $20 for kids 2 and above for all day play including leave and free return. One adult is free per paid child. Our equipment is the best in the world, is kept very clean, and we have a high number of staff on duty to help guests. Our food is good quality and very reasonably priced. On adverse weather days we will be busier than usual but children enjoy themselves just as much in our experience. Best, Laurence
They have a variety of foods for regular times but i think you will have to call for the birthday packages.
$10 for children over 2, $5 for under 2, if infant they will most likely not charge
