Horrible place to live in!!! The picture are from the main lobby and another floor where the pipe on washing machines is busted. The smell is horible. I think it's coming from the sewerg. Why do we pay condo fees when the building is hazardous to live in. The building is old and falling apart inside and outside. I should know, i work in construction. I know when I see the structural integrity of the building has been compromised and the building is falling apart.

The place is renovated and neat. Many rules put in place and enforced to keep the bad guys out and to restrict the insensitive and lawless residents from intruding into the wellbeing, safety, health and security of others. Excellent 24 hour security and front desk services. Management is trying its best and is improving year after year. The maintenance team is below average for now, but used to be better. The cleaning company taking care of the place is doing a wonder job. A new playground for kids. A new basketball court and a renovated tennis court, not yet open for use. Ample parking spaces for residents and visitors. Towing strictly enforced on unauthorized parked vehicles. Visitors must obtain parking permits to park after midnight until morning. Don't blame the employees when they are doing their jobs as they are supposed to. Just follow the rules or go somewhere else. Conflict between factions of the members of the board of directors create many problems in decision making that cause substantial delays in maintenance and handling of legitimate complaints from residents and in solving problems. Otherwise it's a nice place to live and raise children. You just need to have a little bit of patience when you have a complaint or maintenance issue. But they eventually take care of your issue or complaint. And if they can't handle it, just take your complaint or issue to God in prayer, and He will make it happen for you.

I would say it’s bougie on a budget it has a semi high class look in the lobby. But as he walk towards the elevator it smells like kitty litter I’m not sure what that smell is. The elevators need to be revamped. As far as the area it seems to be decent.
