You have to bring your own. There's usually a guy selling discs there on Saturdays though.

No, but on weekends and perhaps other days the organization that maintains the park sells frisbees.
No it is basically all woods, grass, dirt paths, etc. Very little paved path hole to hole. They only sell discs, but prices are fair and $ helps the place stay nice.
