This pharmacy is about as competent as a Walmart pharmacy. 2 bad interactions with this pharmacy; I went weeks back to pick up and Rx my doctor had called in- completely rude woman at the desk had me wait for hours, Yesterday, I had surgery to get my gallbladder out. They called in painkillers to keep me comfortable as I went home. The supposed “manager” snapped at my dad (who went in to get my Rx because I am in so much pain I didn’t want to walk),saying he refused to give me the painkillers my doctor ordered in, even after the head surgeon called them!! My doctor called me and said he had NEVER written a prescription for someone and have a pharmacist refuse to fill it. My doc felt horrible, as he knows that kind of pain I am in right now.. Sorry, but a doctorate in medicine, my surgeon/doctors experience with my case, and their experience in the operating room overrules whatever this power-tripping publix pharmacist yesterday thinks he is doing. As I write this, I can’t even get up from bed as internal surgery has left me in shooting pain. I will never go back to this Publix.

Why I Like This Pharmacy:: Sunday at 3 pm I needed 3 prescriptions that was called in by a Dr at a testing facility. I called and they had received only 2 but later got the other one which was the main one, bad part is they didn't have enough to fill the prescription. The Pharmacist checked to see what other Publix in my area had it and located them and called to set up my pick up. This was on a Sunday at 430 by now I wish I remembered her name but just a note of gratitude from a satisfied customer.
