Ordered a 8 piece meal through the drive thru. Got back home and realized they didn't give use our biscuits and our bucket of chicken consisted of 2 breasts, 1 wing and 4 legs. Called the manager and his useless self hung up on me. They should bull doze that building to the ground.

Customer service at drive thru was great .. but the food was horrible , coleslaw was soupy chicken was old , biscuit was hard as rock wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. The Colonel would be ashamed🙁

This KFC is disgusting. From the moment I walked in it had a bad smell. I ordered a two piece meal. I wanted extra crispy but asked if it was fresh and was told the original was more fresh. When my order was done I got it in a to go bag when I told him I was dining in. No big deal, I went to the table and opened the bag and dinner box. The chicken looked like it was cooked in cold oil. The breading was pale and coming off as I pulled the drum. I took a bite and it was cold, oily, and undercooked. I threw it away and went somewhere else. I don’t like returning food but I will never come back to this KFC.
