Everyone enjoyed their food, but it took a LONG time from appetizer to main course. One of our apps - the marinated mozzarella was served with no mozzarella. Once we got our main courses, everyone enjoyed them. The delay is par for the course in such a busy and popular vacation destination.

We had the pleasure of dining at La Dolce Vita in Obx this evening. We have frequented the area for 20+ years and this may have been the best dining experience we have ever had. Victor was so wonderful and fun as he served our table. Every other staff member that helped bring over our food and beverages was so polite and friendly. The food was phenomenal! I can’t recommend the pizza enough and my mom had the best lobster ravioli. I HIGHLY recommend the pineapple margarita. As a bartender I can contest that it is a drink you will remember for ages! It’s smooth and boozy without being overly sweet or too tequila forward. All in all, from the front of house to the back, 10 out of 10 stars from us. I can’t wait to go back.

Delicious, well seasoned dishes. Interesting vibe. Very high end interior design and quality food, but with waiters and hosts dressed in shorts and sneakers. Portions are large. I came in very hungry and could only finish half of my pasta dish. Our waiter had decent service, but had the personality of a brick wall. Call ahead to have a table reserved for you for 30 minutes or you will be waiting 45+ minutes for a table.

Best vodka sauce I have ever eaten. And I we are from Pittsburgh PA. Definitely foodies. Absolute slam dunk with the generous real crab and the marinara it's made with is spot on. Definitely recommended
