Rooms are clean, the owners friendly and personable. AC worked, but was loud so sleeping was different. Place needs some TLC, but it's my go to place when in Grandview WA. Rate is decent too

This is just an old-fashioned little side of the road family motel. It brings back memories of life before mega freeways, when highways came through our towns instead of around them. Yes, it's small, yes, it's cute, yes, it could look better on the outside and that old, long ago closed pool is just sad. Standing near the pool you can still hear the happy shreaks of kids from long ago playing. But, it's clean inside and the people are quite friendly. At under $60 for two people, just try it.

There are very few inexpensive motels in the area, spend the money and stay in a nicer hotel. My room at the Apple Valley Motel was inexpensive but it was old and dirty. The bed and pillows smelled of urine and the chairs smell like they came from a frat house. I will never stay there again no matter what the price. It totally grossed me out!
