5 stars HANDS DOWN. I booked my appointment through Facebook for the 2023 Miss Maryland USA Pageant. When I first walked in, I felt so welcomed. Not only that, but all of the dresses were in plastic bags to ensure the dresses stay nice and neat (which is awesome because it shows that this place genuinely cares about their dresses) It also made it superrr easy to go through. I wasn’t planning to buy a gown today. I went to get an idea of the style dress I am looking for. While trying on dresses, the lady was very helpful with zipping me up and clipping the dresses to make it look right. With that being said, I did end up finding the dress that looked incredible on me in a Cinderella blue. However, it wasn’t the color I that I thought suited me. Right style! Wrong color. The lady that helped me said she wasn’t sure if it came in another color but if it did, then it would be a yellow color. Looking down, I was originally going to come back to do more dress shopping in januaryish. To my surprise, the lady DID find the same dress but in PURPLE! My favorite color!! Although, it was 2-3 sizes higher, I tried it on anyway. After I tried it on, My boyfriend and I both said “wow”. This was THE dress. I would have to get altered to my size but I did not care. It was the one AND it was cheaper than my price range!! I had to have it! Literally a no brainer. I was absolutely satisfied. It doesn’t stop there. At checkout, the lady was doing everything she could to request the dress in my size to make it even more cheaper for when I go to get it altered. Absolutely incredible customer service. Lily’s Bridal and Prom Boutique is 100% the place you want to go. They really do go above and beyond for their customer. I did book another appointment with them to help me find a cocktail dress for the pageant. I refuse to go any where else as I am satisfied and most of all very comfortable with my experience. I loved the dress I found at Lily’s. Everyone was so nice too! They really have some unique dresses that can’t be found at other shops. They have a nice storage option too so I don’t have worry about my dress at home for a whole year.
