Another beautiful day at Waterford. I usually don’t bother to review places one way or another. I let people figure things out for themselves. This property is over thirty years old. It shows. Please just know that if you move here you apartment will be invested with bugs and they charge you fees for everything. Things like trash valet that never shows up to pick it up. They’ll will send an email or text with an apology but you are the one taking the trash to were it belongs and then clean up the mess the raccoons leave for you after ripping up you and your neighbors. Don’t move here plain and simple if you can’t handle unrelenting roaches and spiders or if you don’t want to constantly clean up after others.

I've been a resident of WAM for 5 years and am very happy living here. My maintenance requests are answered promptly and the maintenance team is very professional and courteous. The management team of Heather and Von is awesome! The complex is beautiful with lots of trees and 2 ponds. There's 2 pools and a fitness gym too! If you are looking for great place to live, near stores, restaurants and the interstate look no more! 🥰
