PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FOR MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH JENKINS RESTORATION. IT WILL BE HONEST, THOUGHTFUL, AND DEVOID OF B.S. After a claim I made with USAA, they gave me a list of suggested water and mold specialists I might select to deal with my issue. On a lark, I chose Jenkins Restorations. Wow. If you’re like me, you’ve seen enough consumer watchdog shows and have utterly surmised MOST companies are full of it; the fleecing, misrepresentation, and shoddy workmanship runs amok in the restoration industry. This company, literally dispels all those concerns. I had two supervisors who oversaw my remediation and partial rebuild portion of my claim, Chris Skipper and Charles Trupia. Folks, if/when you contact this company YOU MUST ask for these two men. In a world where so many are greedy, untrustworthy, disloyal, and inept, if you go with Chris and Charles, you will literally feel like they work exclusively for you! Not the insurance company, not even Jenkins Restorations, but YOU! These two guys would fight their own company to insure you got all the coverage, upgrades and perks you had coming to you. Plus, they did it with a great attitude and world class panache! I almost couldn’t believe it. Believe me, I initially hate everyone. For Chris and Charles to engender this level of appreciation and respect from an old curmudgeon-y been-there-done-that voracious consumer like me speaks volumes. Lastly, the guy Chris Skipper, I would literally steal away from Jenkins to work for me. That’s it. That’s all.

The crews were wonderful and kind, but it was difficult when I did not receive call backs in time. This seems to be typical with males vs females. We need more reassurance. When we call to ask how things are going and to know the next step, it is important for those in charge to call back and not wait days before responding . We also had much of our things not returned. We used another restoration company also; they also gave few and lapsing call backs and did not really look to find our things. We are just out. No restoration companies will we use again; heaven forbid we will need them.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jenkins. Shortly after my father passed, his house burned down. Everything was burned to studs. The fire happened a week before my family was relocating to Virginia. I worked with Larry and he made the process so easy even from 250 miles away. He guided me through the process, went out of his way to provide samples and help me choose products, and kept me updated every step of the way. He was kind, knowledgeable and the house looks amazing. I highly recommend Jenkins!

Friendly and professional. The repair work is flawless. Cannot tell there was ever a leak in the ceiling. Would use them again if we ever have damage in our home.

Water damage needs to be repaired soon after it occurs. If you notice any signs of water damage, such as wet carpet, walls, ceilings, or furniture, then call a professional immediately. The longer you wait, the worse the problem becomes and mold can begin to grow.
Our water damage restoration process includes 7 steps. First you should call our water restoration professionals. Then we will provide a water damage inspection. After the inspection our team provides water mitigation, water extraction, cleanup and repair, and structural drying. Lastly, our team will provide remodeling to handle any final repairs to the building, major and minor.
