I was recently at a location where the Peach Tree staff took their residents on an outing and observed a staff member humiliating one of the disabled residents publicly. When I called to report the staff member, the director of the facility, Kyle Whelan, refused to take my call. So I emailed him and followed up 3 weeks later. No reply, not even a "Thank you for bringing this to my attention." Nothing. It makes you wonder how the staff act in private when no one's watching.

My father has lived here for over ten years. The staff is wonderful. I hope the sale doesnt change this.

Do not even consider this home for your loved one, the staff is undertrained and not competent to give the care and attention needed .
