I have lived at Charlestown Crossing almost 3 years now and I love it. The community is very nice and peaceful. Neighbors are respectful. Parking can be challenging but there has only been 3 times that I've come home really late and had to park away from my building. I love my apartment. When I first moved here I had a two bedroom two bath and it was very spacious and lots of natural light. I am now in a one bedroom and I love it. I think if I had to change anything, it would be the carpet. I loathe carpet. I'd prefer no carpeting at all. But overall, I love it here. p.s. A Stairmaster in the fitness center would be awesome :)

This is a great place to live. I don’t really have any complaints except for the parking. It’s absolutely ridiculous that for the amount of money we pay to live here that we never are able to find a parking spot in front of our building after a certain time of day. People from other buildings use the parking in front of our buildings , And in the summer when the pool is open instead of utilizing the parking in front of the office, everyone fills up the parking spots along the buildings by the pool.

For the amount of money you pay for rent, you would think you'll have a place to park your car. Parking out here is RIDICULOUS!! Once you leave the parking lot, good luck finding a new one once you return. You LITERALLY have to park 1/4mi from your apartment building! Forget having guests over because you & them will have no where to park & I'm not exaggerating! They're suppose to have assigned handicap parking, but rarely any of the cars registered to those spots actually parks there. There's 3 assigned handicap spots & 1 that is not. One of the 4 spots are utilized correctly, the other 3 are not. There's a family who has 2 handicap parking spots, but only 1 car has an official handicap sticker. Instead of them using their assigned spot, they'll use the spot that's not assigned and allow any & everyone else to use their assigned spots even though those other cars don't have handicap stickers. I parked in their spot once to let my grandma, who use a walker, out of the car. I couldn't park in the free handicap spot because it was being used by the 1 family who already has 2 handicap spots. A female from the NEXT building tells me I cannot park there, but she was parked in 1 of the handicap spots & her vehicle wasn't suppose to be parked there either. She watched me help my grandma out of the car & return to my vehicle to make sure I moved. I took my sweet time & moved once she moved her car. If there is no parking, they'll just park in the handicap spot because they know it's available. The office needs to strip them of 1 of their handicap spots, since they're not using it correctly & make it into a regular spot where everyone can park. I mean when we can't find a place to park, we can't just park in a handicap spot. We have to keep driving around until we see 1 available. If they can't find a spot, they'll just use a handicap spot. Like come on how fair is that? Besides parking, it stays very cool in my unit all year round, which makes the winter horrible because it's so cold & the neighbors weren't that friendly. NEVER AGAIN!
