Highly recommend this place. John and John took great care of me at the last minute on a late Saturday. They took great care in trouble shooting my problem and discovered a low cost solution that worked great. They were very friendly and helpful. These guys clearly know what they're doing and take pride in getting a good result for their customers. I listened as they took care of the others waiting and was very impressed with how they handled and approached each one, answering questions and even diffusing stressful moments w lighthearted conversation and humor.

Abject worst service imaginable. Took it in for an oil change before I left on a trip and they said "we couldn't get the drain plug out because it was too tight." Ok, whatever, but a little intelligence would tell you just heat it up a bit and it'll come out. I should've known better to come back here, I've never had a good experience. Anyways, I took the care elsewhere a couple weeks later when I got back and they informed me that the drain plug was rounded. Tire Kingdom rounded my drain plug and actively hid it from me. Monday morning, I promise they will be hearing from me and they will be fixing the issue they created. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Lowest quality in Titusville.
