We have worked on over 306,000 cases since we opened in 1972.
I had the hardest time getting my case manager on the phone. And forget about talking to your attorney that will not happen until you get a settlement offer. The worst customer response time. If your case is cut and dry and they don't have to go to court they will get you whatever the insurance max is.
Saiontz & Kirk, P.A. works on a contingency fee basis for all of our personal injury cases. This means we will not charge any legal fees unless you receive a settlement or compensation for your case. If we don't win your case or get you a settlement, then you pay nothing. If we do get a settlement for you a pre-negotiated portion of the fees will be taken out to cover the cost of litigation.
For most car accident case the average time it takes to settle with the insurance company is between 3-8 months. However, if the case ends up going to trial it can take much longer (well over a year). There are many different factors that can impact how long it takes. We can give you a much better idea of what to expect if you speak to one of our lawyers with more details about your case.
We have recovered over $1.3B on behalf of our clients.

That should be answered by a certified doctor. Every person is different as well. I have lupus which everyone thought was shingles and they were wrong. If it is a rash or sore than ask for a biopsy of that area and you can get blood work as well. Hope as is well and it always gets better after the storm.
I have no idea. I have only used this law firm for a few accident cases over the years. I heard the Snyder firm is more aggressive in these types of law suits
