The spa was nice and clean but during my appointment the young nail tech was talking to another nail tech (who was not working) the entire time during my dip removal and dip. In fact when she got to my 2nd hand to do remove the dip, she pressed down too hard on my nail with the machine, leaving marks because she was not paying attention to the work but listening to her friend talking about personal issues that I should not be hearing! I could not relax the entire time and almost got up and yelled at the tech for being disrespetful of my service but how can you when half of your nails are done?? I tipped her 25% anyway (DUMB ME NEVER AGAIN) and she didn't even thank me because her friend followed her up to the register and was STILL TALKING. I was so disappionted when I left. Self-centered and terrible attitude to be working in a nail spa! I even thought I saw the Manager (an older lady) witness what was going on and DID NOTHING!!! Maybe they hate caucasian women simply because we exist. Seems like it, because I didn't feel welcome in there at all, and don't worry I'll never go back!
