CD lab is not in net work even for reputed insurance company's PPO policy. As per my experience, they bill whatever they feel like and expect to get paid promptly. In my case the insurance paid their contracted rate and patient's responsibility is 118% more than that of the allowable rate by the insurance. Future customers may want to avoid this lab if possible.

This lab will not work with your Insurance company at all. They do not notify the patient nor the physician that they are out of network and refuse to provide any discount when the patient has to pay direct 100% out of pocket. I have notified my physicians to NEVER use them again.

Sorry Lynne, nothing currently open. As of June 1st, we stopped servicing nursing homes in the area, as a result, 3 FT techs were cut.
You can call and speak with our billing department, they will be able to help. Alternatively you may be able to ask your insurance company about your deductible/copay for the tests.
