The spray park is perfect for kids in the summer time. My kids loved it there. Its sad that people who comes to the park doesn't know how to share. Families take occupied the entire bench even they are not sitting on it. So bring your own chairs.

I believe it goes on via motion sensors. You would need to move around in front of the equipment.

No fee. Just bring towels, snacks for the kiddies and they'll be there all day. My grandbabies love, love, love that place.
