While everyone is waiting in a long line to pay their bill, we pull up in our vehicle (before 8pm) and use the drop off service and is on our way. Thank you for that service as it is helpful when you are traveling with kids, pets or an elder relative. A plus, we save on postage stamps and with gas prices going up as well, we pay by text messages.

I had an amazing experience here. It was not crowded and the staff was friendly kind and helped me solve my problems. I was able to set up service in person in 30 mins after being on hold for 3 says straight for an hour each day.YES, I SAID AN HOUR. While the customer service via the phone is horrible. The in person service was impeccable. Kudos to Zayeee( probably spelling it wrong). She was the nice sister with the good skin and glasses. She really loves her job and the company culture.
