Checked my 99 year old, 93 lb. mom into Stratford Manor last evening at around 5:00 PM for a few weeks of physical rehabilitation, and took her out of there by 11:00 Pm that same night. Enough said!

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! My 99 year old grandma was here after leaving the hospital. “Allegedly” they tried to give my grandma a pill that she did not recognize so she did not want to take it. “Allegedly” They became verbally and physically aggressive with her. “Allegedly” She had to use the bathroom and they told her to wait in a degrading tone. When she tried to go to the bathroom “allegedly” a worker pushed her onto her bed. She wanted to call for help and “allegedly” they took her cell phone. She was able to use her iPad and contact a family member via commenting on a Facebook post begging for help. Immediately my family went to Stratford to see what was going on. AT NO POINT DID THEY TRY TO CONTACT ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS. They didn’t even answer the phone when we tried to call. They had multiple family members contact information. When my family questioned what had happened they blamed everything on her. My grandma is traumatized and no one especially at the age of 99 when she already does not feel well deserves to go through this horrific experience the “allegedly” occurred. As family members who love our grandmother endlessly and thought we were doing the best thing by TRUSTING Stratford this is heart wrenching. Absolutely heart breaking.

Lady at front desk Ms. Diane wonderful. My mom was sent there to recover. She had Breathing issues they weren't very Attentive and they didn't check on her knowing this. I was there she ran bell Twice no one came . They had her in the very last room. How can a patient be monitored. What ever happened that evening only GOD KNOWS they didn't even know, but my Mom died that evening. Now where the hell were you . Then called me saying my mom had an episode. I'm shaking my head. Now she's gone forever. I'd give my life to know what really happened.
