This store had super duper slow service with workers that did not care to serve people with genuine care nor did they even want to work. There was a line outside the door and half of the workers were standing around doing nothing. They also were wearing AirPods which is extremely unprofessional in customer service and when interacting with people in general. My ice cream was also missing half of the ingredients it was supposed to have

Dirty establishment and terrible customer service. Placed an online order.... Said it would be ready in 15 mins.... After 40 mins had passed, I had been asked the name of the order 4 times by 2 different employees.... Watched customers come and go... Finally the last time I was asked for the name, the employee says "they can't find my ticket...." An adult should be chaperoning these children while they work and make sure they haven't consumed any cannabis cause these kids eyes were reder than the cherries on top. The floor was covered with bags, napkins, spoons,you name it. Someone probably claims workman's comp at least once a week. Essentially, I left without any ice cream....😥 My wife called to get a refund 3 times and was hung up on every time. Smh

This cold stone far below average.They don’t spend anytime mixing on the Cold Stone. Ice cream was half liquid. Came out of the case very soft and it ended up the same way. Wasn’t even cold enough to be refreshing but was sweet with good flavor. Two smallest dishes, one dish one step higher $20.00. I think I’ll stick with DQ !

This I high quality ice cream. I love the way they prepare it for you. So Many toppings to choose from. The staff was very nice and helped us with everything. Wonderful customer service. This was the Night Shift crew on a Friday night💯
