Building managers are always changing, property managers are unresponsive, and communication is worst. On multiple occasions when we’ve been notified about an inspection or construction on the day of or after the fact. They’ve recently hired new staff that has been making some improvements, but it’s a bit too late for us. We plan on moving out ASAP.

Terrific management. Everyone is so nice, kind and responsive. We have had a great experience thus far and are enjoying our new beginnings in our beautiful renovated apt! Goldberg realty is the best. And, the locations of their many apartment buildings are great! . 🤗

Your guess is as good as mine. If you check this management on line you will find that I'm not the only one who didn't get they're deposit back. My apartment was cleaned and I was in good standards.
