Poor service with the front desk manager in this Goodyear store. I bought 3 year wheel alignment service since 2022/1 and was told that it expired. I am not sure whether it is the computer system issue or staff issue. Not recommend this store.

Why set appointments if you can't honor them? I called at 9am and was given an 11am appointment. When I get there I was told it would be up to an hour wait. The employee seemed upset when I questioned why, given I had an appointment. After an hour I gave up and left. The employee didn't seem to care. I wouldn't use them agsin
