A very fine large banquet hall. Wait staff was very friendly. Food was decent. But there were over 420 in our group so it was at times a bit busy and noisy.

I don't think so. It was Mcatteers I belive was the name for a very long time.
It varies on the event. I've been there as early as 8 am.
