Worst management ever. They don’t take care of any issues that goes on in your apartment. And when you ask to speak with a supervisor they are “never” on sight. BTW we were paying for someone else electricity because they crossed the meters! If I could rate this place zero stars I would!

worst property management that is now (ania Management) still just as awful. lived here for almost a year meters are switched so I've been paying someone else's bill after making many complaints of the high bill, there are bugs, staff is not helpful at ALL! when you leave your apartment at night know you're gambling your life. they cut you a deal to live here that says a lot. no one cuts deals to fill vacancy

Currently living in one their apartment building been living here for 8 months and they have this neighbor that blasts full volume music all day everyday and they do absolutely nothing about it every neighbor complains I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here worse experience ever!!

why do they take so long to call back if they have more the 10 female working in the front by the door...
Only when thay feel like it good luck my daughter rents from him and ppl upstairs controls heat and when thay are hot thay turn heat off

Good morning, they have plenty of new properties, I've been looking for a apt too, bit Florio Properties, is just too expensive.
You have until the 5th of every month to pay your rent before you get charged a late fee.
According to law, a late fee is a ficed rate, if it fluxes it must be in the lease agreement.
Best bet is to go in person
The truth is that they are inconvenient
