They don't care about the parking spots you pay for. They allow construction, contractor rentals and more to go on in the parking lots when you pay for a monthly parking space. Then you can never find a parking spot but they tell you it's not their problem. We literally pay YOU for the spot that is not available and you tell us its not your problem?? They're rude and don't care about anything but getting paid.

Why do people get mad when they get a ticket, and always say you should be enforcing real crime. I never understand that, there job title is parking enforcement, not super cop. Idk, I like the PPA they do what there meant todo.

Overtime meters may be the most strictly enforced crime in Paterson. The staff in the office are pleasant and the waits are not long.
