If I could give 0 it would be a no-brainer. Had phone emergency and needed new phone. Got there at opening (10) and was barely out by 11. With a terrible 2 yr old phone (Galaxy s20 FE 5G) that was "brand new" and "great' neither was true!

Went in to buy a replacement phone for my wife, as hers was stolen. Was told by associate "we don't sell phones here". What? They were absolutely zero help. Customer service non existent. Avoid at all cost.

I have gone twice to this store in November 2021. the 1st visit was to have them help me set up a new flip phone that I received from AT&T. They had to cut my existing SIM card in order to fit the new phone which they did. They kept the SIM card from the new phone I brought in and didn't even offer to give it back to me. I felt as if they were doing me a big favour. My second visit was to ask how I could set up a password word in order to lock and unlock the phone in case I loose it. The young lady looked at me strangely and said I don't know how and said no more. I asked if anyone else in the store can help me with this, she said no. I walked out in disbelief. two stars for my 1st visit and 0 stars for my second.
