Waited 20 mins longer then time online order said would be ready.... Order number after mine got their order first. Saw me still waiting and said it would be 5 mins Pizza is good this location just has Terrible service

Pizza is decent but greasy enough to slide out of you faster than a fat kid on a slip and slide...if you tip high enough, your food seems to get to you faster than expected....some of the delivery guys look like the belong on posters of missing kids as the perps who took them but hey, it takes all kinds I guess

Every time I order in this store pizzas take forever to be done. When you order online to get delivery it’s always about 2 hours , when you call to pick up and they say is about 20 minutes it takes 1 hour it’s really frustrating

BLT pizza sounded crazy. Lettuce and tomato on a pizza? I was afraid to buy it but I risked it, OMG best pizza EVER!!!!! Edit: I love the pizza everything great. Customer service is poor and delivery times are horrible. I call and order I am told 1 hour. Long time but fine, I receieve after 1h 30m and its not hot. I no like call but I do, the manager apologizes and remakes food. I wait near same time again and wow same issue. Very frustrated I call again. She offered $10 credit and only apologized to me, said she did not know what else she could do. Provide hot pizza when customer order hot pizza? I order hot food to be hot, at least nice and warm. 2x one day. No credit needed I can't order here no more. Sorry.
