The croissants are a little to hard on the outside, but still good on the inside. Maybe because its a little stale.

Hello Michele, Yes we do! Please note that all our "gluten free" products are made in a non gluten free facility. We are actually launching our brand new gluten free bread, it will be available in all locations tomorrow Tuesday 03/02 (available fresh once a week, on Tuesdays, then available frozen the rest of the week). Some options made with gluten free flour include our financiers (almond flour based small tea cake, topped with black currants) and our lemon pistachio cake. Our options with no flour include our flourless heaven chocolate cake, treats like our bark and chocolate covered toffee, most of the macarons we carry. Hope this helps and we will see you soon

What do they have besides bread & coffee?

An assortment of French pastries and savouries such as croissants, chocolate flourless cakes (big seller), apple turnovers, Kouign-amanns (a thicker, denser, more buttery version of a croissant), sandwiches, avocado toast, salads, soups, and more. Everything is baked fresh daily and it's best to go there in person because there are seasonal items that change every now and then. The staff are wonderful and can answer any of your questions more in detail.
