Riverside Language Program offers free English classes to documented, recently-arrived immigrants, asylees and refugee adults currently living in New York City. 270 W 89th St, New York, NY 10024 212- 662-3200
There are application days on their site.
All english classes are free in Riverside. And believe me they the best.
