The pool ranges from 1 foot to 9 ft. They also have a kiddy pool area
If you are not a resident of South Plainfield, you have to pay but at this time the pool is closed for the summer. But if you are a resident and want to go to the soccer or basketball court, you have to enter the office and take a card to enter the courts. If you want to go to the gym, you have to pay annual.
The pool does sell day passes which I THINK can be bought by anyone. They aren't cheap but might be the way to go if you want to see the facility. It's a great place to go. (You should be able to call and ask, check on the pool website, or ask at the entrance booth.)

The answer is "No" on several levels; firstly admittance requires a membership, secondly it's been closed down for major renovation for some time and isn't going to be open this year, or likely even the next one. So in brief, "No, no one can use this facility."
