She gives me exactly what I want every time, which is a haircut that looks amazing and requires minimal upkeep and products. She listens to what you want and need, and she KNOWS hair. I trust her expertise completely. Five stars isn't enough.

Lauren A. has been my stylist for two years, and she is amazing! There is no one else I trust to cut my curly hair. She always is so professional and makes sure my cut is exactly the way I would like it. I have been getting layers added into my hair recently and she always makes sure they come out perfectly. Aside from her work, Lauren is so kind and truly a joy to get to catch up every time I get my hair cut. Cannot say enough good things about her!

I have been going to Lauren A. For over a year now. She makes every appointment so relaxing and enjoyable, not only does my hair always turn out amazing but I always feel like I’m talking with a good friend while I am there. Lauren always does what is best for my hair and has the intention to make me confident with my hair everyday! My hair has never looked better/been healthier since I started going to Lauren! She doesn’t pressure people to do crazy expensive stuff with their hair either. 12/10 would recommend Lauren to anyone!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with Lauren A. I had been going going to see her for a year and up until a few months ago was satisfied with her service. She then decided at one of my appointments that she was going to make me more brunette when I had consistently been telling her that I wanted to be as blonde as I can be. I then messaged her after that appointment saying that my hair was really dark and she said that it was her fault since she had "accidentally" left my root melt in too long. I then booked another appointment for her to fix my hair that she had ruined and she then charged me $300 to fix a mistake that she had made. After this appointment I messaged her again asking for a refund since I would've never had to book that appointment if she hadn't messed up my hair. She never apologized to me and was very rude and said that the most she would give me was a $10 refund. Don't go see her, there are plenty of other great hair stylists in Richmond who actually have good customer service that won't screw you over.
