Overall, I am content with the building and how things are run. The garage parking is great (privacy, and protection from the crazy weather), the lounge is beautiful, then there’s the pool, gym and all that. Garbage/recycling is easy as heck, which I love; the garbage chute room is so convenient. I love my washer, dryer, dishwasher—they are non-negotiables for me to live peacefully, and I love that. I enjoy the large bathrooms and walk-in closets so much too. It’s very convenient and comfortable here. I’ve lived in both Buildings 4 and 3, and although 4 is newer and a little bit nicer & updated, Building 3 has been way more convenient for me overall with parking, packages/deliveries, and the pool/gym/lounge all being together. One of the things that has gotten me through some challenges I’ve had while living here is how quickly and well the maintenance team has handled every single issue that has ever come up for me. (Some regular things and a couple of emergencies.) They are on top of their stuff. (Lou, Eddy, and Elmer, just to name a few, have done such a great job with whatever has been necessary to fix here.) As a single mom, it’s beyond comforting to have this available so quickly and seamlessly—it helps me feel safe and secure knowing they are here to take care of things. Beyond that, I have to mention too, Michael Toscano, leasing office supervisor, has been absolutely wonderful. I have had a few challenges around here that I’ve brought up to him since moving in. Each time I’ve brought anything to his attention, he’s been thorough and swift in making sure everything gets taken care of smoothly and promptly. Whenever I’ve had questions or issues about anything at all, he’s clear, knowledgeable and patient… and to me, that’s a huge deal because I don’t enjoy complaining about things, but sometimes issues just need tending to. No matter what comes up, Michael is always kind and thoughtful, and makes sure things get handled that need to get handled…and that’s really great to have around here.

Updated: there’s something wrong with the maintenance personnel they look moody 😾the pool always crowded and is limited as their schedule. Over $400 for amities either u get to used it or not a total mess. We moved in a month ago, best decision ever! We love the community ,the staff is super fast resolving issues and very professional, I had one of the staff guys name Eddy fixing a couple of stuff in my apartment he was very nice and very professional.
