For those that are providing reviews of 3 stars or higher...either you are mentioning a completely different location, or you dealt with employees that care. My experience was short, but it was enough to tell me the vibe of a place. I was there for a passport renewal appointment and frankly while the experience itself was good based on the element of time, there is a fine line there. I was told by the attendant to provide my documents, and then when I presented my ID, I was advised to provide a birth certificate. (The state dept says either a birth certificate OR an old passport is valid, and I provided the passport). I questioned the extra ID and I was immediately questioned that it might be delayed (if the state dept disagrees with what I provide let me hear from them). Also, this same attendant didn't want to take passport photos (she didn't even allow to smile) and her colleague only cared about taking his vacation. My appt only lasted 10 minutes but frankly with the line out the door and the impatience of customers, certain workers here at this location either need to be retrained or given another job. The location is convenient for anyone in Fairview or North Bergen, but that's about the best it can offer. I'd say try other USPS locations before considering this one

The people who attended the public are despots, racists since my wife came out crying for the mistreatment received in the office by a Mr. Moreno and thick. I don't recommend it to anyone

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER. EVERY EMPLOYEE IS NASTY, THE ATTITUDE, THE RUDENESS. THEY TALK DOWN ON YOU. THEY MISTREAT ELDERS. THAT HISPANIC LADY IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO MY ROOTS, THE OTHER 2 MAN ARE HORRIBLE TO PEOPLE. I JUST WENT BECAUSE I WAS RUNNING LATE BUT I'D DRIVE ANYWHERE BEFORE COMING TO THIS PLACE. AND THOSE ARE FEDERAL EMPLOYEES. WHAT A SHAME, THEY DONT DESERVE THAT PRIVILEGE. EVERY PERSON LEAVING THAT PLACE SAYS THE SAME.
