This was only the second time I have been to this location and both times have been a great experience. Tonight was exceptional both the food and most if all the service. Our waitress Kelsey was so attentive and kind. She made our visit absolutely perfect!

Went to this location for the 1st time & after waiting 30 minutes for a table, our waitress completely fell short. My son & I ordered the same dish & she didn't bring me mine. She stated that I said the word, "Share," then offered to put my order in so I could wait there longer. I told her, "No, thank you," & she came back & tossed another plate on the center of the table for me as if she were doing me a favor. She vanished to have someone else take over our table without even an apology for Her mistake. The good news is she saved me $24 for a meal that was less than satisfying & $20 for what would have been her gratuity IF she were even satisfactory at her job.

Sadly this is our first time ordering online from BJs and let me tell you it will be the last! We ordered two Hickory Brisket burgers both with string onions 1 with sweet potatoe fries & the other with white cheddar mash potatoes. With a side of fries. The fries we got in a large box was smaller then a McDonald's med fry. 🤦🏽‍♀️ We didn't receive the sweet potatoes fries or the mashed potatoes or the spring onions. We called BJs about it & they said we can't do anything for you because you used uber eats app. That i have to call them. They didn't mess up my order Bjs did. And they didn't want to fix it. The portion that was delivered was not the portion that you get at the restaurant. 😡
