Probably because they have a bar there that serves 21 or under. So if your out unsupervised and somebody buys you drink and your not of age and your in a family oriented environment that can cause a problem. Rules are in place to balance everybody's well being. Remember kids are involved to (minors).. One people! One faith! One nation! One god!
