Not a safe community to live in as cars are broken into often. No security system/cameras in place. There’s also an inconvenience of frequent visits from maintenance as the property is not up to par or they β€œfake” fix it which leads to it breaking down again (another visit). There are much safer and well kept communities to chose from. This is not one of them. Rent at your own risk
