I love my place is roomy and very cozy. Personlly, I have not had any problems and thestaff is very courteous and friendly. Maintenance is great and staff is very reponsive and my problems have been addressed by the end of the next business day.

If I could I would give them ZERO star. After wasting one week of my time, and after I paid the first rent and changed all the utility bills under my name, all of a sudden 1 day before move-in date they cancelled my lease because I don't have a US photo ID. I am a Canadian citizen and I have my canadian passport, driver's license, US SSN card, US Job, US credit history. Management even knew from the beginning about my situation. And I have called to talk to management but they keep telling me they will call me back and that never happened. This is terrible customer service. And now I have to chase them for my money. I do have a contract signed by them, so if they don't get my issue resolved I will take them to court. Don't waste your time with this company.

Moved in back in Oct 2021. Wasn’t stoked on the price.. $1200 + fees (normally ends at around $1300) for a 1 bedroom apartment is mind blowing to me. BUT compared to other similar sized apartments in the area at the time, it was sometimes hundreds of dollars less. So I took it. There were some issues when I moved in BUT the maintenance crew here is phenomenal and all my issues were address, fixed and/or replaced immediately. Parker, with maintenance is one of the best decisions this place ever made. She’s knowledgeable, professional, kind and overall incredible. Front office has some great staff as well.. Natasha is who helped sign me up and she’s been a complete pleasure to deal with. The negatives I have are that you can NOT reach the office via telephone, ever. If you need something you have to swing by in person. Period. And lastly, “valet trash” is $25/mo but I cannot use it. Only times you can have the trash out is 5-7PM for pickup, which I am at work during. Then you have a “Parcel Service” where packages are supposed to be delivered and stored inside a lock box connected to an app on your phone. But there no way for the complex to enforce the drivers to use it. I’ve never ONCE had a package delivered that wasn’t just left at my door. So $30/mo for amenities that I cannot use and there’s not a thing about it. Kind of infuriating lol
