While we were able to get our coffee quickly and the staff was nice, the bathrooms were really dirty both times we came. Also, the milk we got had a dead fly on it and a couple alive ones were flying around.

I had to go thru drive thru today because my daughter has a big test via zoom the gentleman handed me the drinks the first one was fine and normal looking the second one was fonky looking and i asked is that mine he said yes ma'am it the Carmel frap. It was a half a cup of whipcream and half coffee frap. No caramel on top no crunch on top iether. Then he goes to give me mine it was supposed to be a vienti but it came tall, i politely said that's supposed to be a vienti. He said ok let me fix that for you he grabs a vienti cup pours it in to the other one completely mixes the expresó and then goes to fill the cup up with only knows what because it tasted nothing like coffee it was like pure vanilla and cream tasting 😞😕🤢. So upset because it was not drinkable and i didn't have time to turn around and change it because of my daughter test

Starbucks is Starbucks. What is there to say? But the staff here are super friendly and helpful when you can't decide what to order and can't remember what the drink sizes are called.

Great Starbucks. Friendly staff and never a long wait. They are really fast. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I can not order ahead and pick it up at this location.
