They are never her. How are people looking for potential places to view when no one is ever here Sign says one thing but this is my 5 time and the office manager or leasing agents are not her. My car is the only one at the office waited from 10 til 5 on Saturday.

The complex is so nice and quite and has beautiful sceneries. The front office were so nice they offered me food and they laughed and joked around with me. They were super professional. They did try everything they could to get me into the complex but student loans got in they way but I do appreciate all the effort they gave trying to get me into the community UPDATE: it’s been months and I still haven’t received my refund and no one has returned my calls from Sundance or peak living they told me it would take 30 days it’s been way longer

Love the staff here they are all very welcoming Mrs. Shuronda has always been great help with any questions I may have not only had she helped me I have also seen her help other residents as well in a timely manner she does fantastic work honestly one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with over the years of coming across different apartments she does her job excellent… Mr. Mario is great at what he does as well, very helpful and also informative about paperwork before signing anything… Ms. Raquel not sure if she has been here long but, every time I go into the office she greets everyone and immediately assist… The entire staff here is very respectful and cares about the relationship with the residents. I’ve lived at previous apartment complex’s and the staff was NO help at all, nothing ever got done with them. No help nor answer the phone no one was ever reliable 🙁… Here it is different I love the staff and the property thank you all for being such a great team keep being great 😊👍🏾

Sundance Apartments Are Nice, office staff customer service is awesome, I'm sure my mom is going to love it out there, pool very clean and the grounds Mario and Shuronda were very nice abs very professional
