Great location and even greater staff. I began leasing with them in July. Their systems are easy to use, and the staff is so communicative and transparent. Alexis made my move-in experience seamless. She was available by phone and email and always responded in a quick manner. I was having difficulty moving alone, but she ensured I was secured in my apartment while remaining warm and professional in the process. Can't this building and its leasing agents more!

Update: I saw a fight in the parking lot and my car got broken into within their gated area. The place doesn't have many cameras so no one was able to capture my car being broken into. I've walked out to my car really late and there's been homeless people going through the trash or walking the property. The gates only work 60% of the time. When I first moved to the complex it was great, but now that I know that I know they they don't even have cameras that cover the parking lot I feel scared when I l walk to my car at night. This place has been awesome to live at. The maintance guys are awesome and very responsive. But for some reason there are cops visiting the complex like twice a month???
