Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was extremely nice and attentive even though we checked in around 10pm! Breakfast was very delicious and fresh. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. The TV’s definitely need to be upgraded considering how small and old they are. Overall, if I am ever back in Arkansas, I will definitely use this hotel again. God bless!

Hotel staff was so very friendly and professional especially the breakfast lady. She is always smiling and greeted us each morning. Breakfast was great and hotel was very clean and smelled so good each day we walked in. I would stay again.

On a LONG drive, I stopped in Fort Smith. And I was so pleasantly surprised by this location. It hit perfect on everything! Thank you for providing a safe, quiet and clean location. And the staff was just as perfect!

Overpriced for what you get, this is an older building and so is the technology. Powdered eggs for breakfast, I couldn't eat them but I guess that's what everybody's doing. The rooms and the facility in general were fresh and clean and they didn't use heavy perfume like some places.

I cannot but, I would recommend that you avoid this establishment. My husband and I both came home with several bed bug bites. He began noticing the bumps right away. Because I have MS I wasn't feeling the bites but, eventually the bite marks were more than noticable. All I can say is, stay at your own risk.
