No boat ramp on property but there is a public ramp about a half mile from the marina. There is trailer parking on property though.

Yes,plenty of places to fish. Just my opinion, I wouldn't eat the from that inlet, looks like that water is full of boat oil. Again, love Stein Hatchee, just use good judgment.

You can go out and find deeper water easily. I do a lot of fishing in 6-8 ft water during certain parts of the year
