I walked in there were 4 employees & 1 customer. While I walked in the 2 teenage appearing employees looked past me towards door which prompted me to look back at the door as well. I didn’t see anything & proceeded to the counter. Then the one that talks said “Can I help you?” I let her know that I came for fingerprinting at which point she said in a near singing tone “Oooooh ladieeess, he’s here for fingerprinting (smerck).” Courtney comes to the counter & asked if I had an appointment, & I let her know that I called ahead to see if I needed one & was told that I could just come in. Courtney “Oh yeah, will who do you speak to? Because you need an appointment, we can’t help you without an appointment, you must have an appointment.” She said appointment so many times that she sounded like an auctioneer “Appointment, blah appointment , blah blah appointment then appointment, (SOLD!)” I simply took a deep breath & walked out to try & put an end to the ‘SNARKY SHOW’ that she was putting on for her 3 coworkers & 1 customer. Honestly, it felt like she told them 10 minutes earlier “If one more person comes through that door for fingerprinting without an appointment I gonna lose my $#!t & their gonna regret it.” Well Courtney you succeeded… I consequently regret EVER walking into the UPS store. With the many times that you said appointment... Maybe you simply could have offered me one &, I could wait in my car until that time... Well have a good appointment,
